Tirikala work towards complete customer satisfaction and transparency ,However Tirikala we follow a very liberal policy and procedure for “Return, Reschedule and Cancellation of Products and services. Let us Discuss about Cancellation.
In an unlikely event of the customer expressing dissatisfaction with the authenticity or quality of the products purchased from Tirikala. We recommend you to contact our Support team for any Order cancellation request or questions/clarifications related to it. However, please note that: Purchased product should be returned to us within 10 days by customer’s own expense From there Order cancellation Process will be initiated.
Tirkala (We) request customer to inform any reschedule at least before 48 hours before the scheduled time which help us to act proactively.

Tirikala has created a simple policy keeping our customer’s best interests in mind under certain classification receive product back in its original condition without any damage, at customer own cost through courier. Under no circumstances We will not be liable for a refund if the product is found tampered, damaged, or defective in any way when received by us.
Customized Products as per the customer’s requirements will not be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances.
Customer name/birth star has been if any missed out by mistake while performing Group Homas/Poojas, during special event, that particular name can be accommodated in another Fire Lab/Pooja. Failing which, the customer can request for refund of the amount if he/she so wishes.
