Nadi astrology is a form of ancient Indian astrology that relies on palm fronds called nadi leaves which helps to provide information about the past, present and future of a Soul. The accuracy of Nadi astrology is controversial and opinions vary about its effectiveness. Here are Some of the key factors that proponents of Nadi astrology believe to contribute to its accuracy based on our experiences,
Now, there are also two types Astrology contribution in Nadi
Nadi Readers: These are people in charge of the Nadi texts who have the texts with them. They read your predictions from those ancient pages as written by the sages, word for word. Over time, they have added a few comments of their own to make the content more exhaustive. However, over time, as society and communities have evolved, the predictions have started become irrelevant or absurd. As people have stopped dying of flu, marrying at 16 and naming themselves after deities, most predictions of Nadi centers fail.
At best, they are able to describe the first letter of the name for a person and his family (the full name too at times, if the name is a traditional one). Next, they’re able to tell the number of children and the year of marriage for many. However, no relevant prediction about any person is ever made because thousands of years back the sage who were writing the books did not know that someone would want to know whether they’ll be an aeronautical engineer or want to become a parent through surrogacy.
Nadi Astrologers: These are astrologers who study and learn from the texts on how to use that knowledge in the current time to make predictions. However, as the texts are rarely available and one needs to either have a translator or learn sanskrit to understand them, Nadi astrologers are rare. Recently, because it has been good for business for people to pose as Nadi astrologers, every other astrologer with no clue of the Nadi text has become a Nadi astrologer and even started teaching Nadi astrology!
